Below is a list of the features and options for our primary shredders:

The Basics

Drives:

Caterpillar Diesel engines or electric motors based on your individual needs

Set-up:

Your options are: Stationary (all), semi-mobile (450,750), trailer mounted (750), or crawler tracks (all)

Remote controls:

Every machine is remote controlled for start/stop and tilt hopper. Machines on tracks are driven remotely as well.

Tipping Hopper:

Remote controlled operation for optimized supply of material. Shreds while you get the next load.

Options

Shafts:

Your options are coarse, medium, fine, and special shafts (e.g. for railroad ties). We will help you find the right setup for your individual needs.

Metal separation:

Over-belt magnet that selects metal parts from the material.

Water sprinkling system:

For less dust generation (not available on VB450)

Hopper Extension:

Increased hopper volume for higher efficiency, also greatly reduces spill-over from loading

Custom paint finish:
